  2. POS realeased a video yesterday saying he and his family would be having Thanksgiving dinner at a Casino. POS doesn't have any family or even friends he can celebrate Thanksgiving dinner with. Just more proof of what a pathetic loser he truly is. The real victims in all of this are those poor kids that have him as a father. Moving constantly from housing project to housing project. Being within earshot every night of POS using the most disgusting cursing and lies to describe his haters. At least eating out means Lily might avoid a beating if she were to accidently overcook something.

    2. I don't know... I believe him about thanksgiving dinner at a casino. Those casinos always have a cheap, crappy all-you-can-eat buffet. Dyer's kids are young enough to get the reduced price at the buffet. He probably spent $30.

  3. One thing i've always thought strange about the whole Dyer saga, is that every single web site, has had something to say about it, over the past year, except one......Tom Biscardi! Not a single mention of him...I find that bizzare!

  5. Someone challenged Dyer this morning on Shawn's blog about his comments regarding Randles' thermal. (He was actually SUPPORTING Mitch Waite's teddy bear picnic.) A few days ago he said it was a man. Now he says this:

AnonymousFriday, November 29, 2013 at 6:29:00 AM PST

Rick before you get pulled...why are you not supporting Derek? You've been brutal about his thermall

Rick DyerFriday, November 29, 2013 at 6:35:00 AM PST

It's a cow any fool knows

That's all...it's very interesting how he's belittling Randles over this. Say what you will about what this says about Dyer himself, but I think it's a notable shift in Dyer's approach: first Randles is the Great White Hunter, now suddenly he can't see something "any fool" can see.

Frankly, I think this does make Randles into a fool, or at the least exposes his opportunism. For Dyer to jump ship from Randles tells me that he now sees Randles as part of the problem with the community, which I agree with...only so is Dyer. A lot of the people who are screaming the loudest about Dyer treat Randles just like Team Tracker members treat Dyer...uncritical, sickeningly fawning, protective. I think they "doth protest too much" about Dyer, and attack Team Tracker members with a particularly severe relish that belies their own self-loathing.

  6. I'm also not sure why Derek wouldn't have shown Rick the footage first, before going mainstream. If he sent Rick the footage, Rick would have said, Looks like a cow to me bro, real unclear....But now, Rick is almost mocking Derek. If Derek would have sent the video to a few researchers, he would have had enough negative feedback, I think, to not go mainstream with the thermal. I didn't see any eye shine, or blinking, and I don't know why the camera man didn't approach the object? The still pic doesn't even prove anything. Even if the shoulders measure 4 ft across, everyone will say it a guy with shoulder pads on, because it just isn't good enough. That still pic will be enhanced over and over, but it's one big waste of time.

    1. Serious Footers need to distance themselves from Randles and stop propping up his ego like little girls. This is a fiasco and shows so many of the community's pathologies: the need for personal validation, the drive to be first, the desire to hog the credit, the impulse to align with a savior, the reflex to boost his ego without decorum or restraint. Time to grow the hell up and start thinking like adults.

    2. anon 1:42, are you Martin from RL's blog? Your statement:

"This is a fiasco and shows so many of the community's pathologies: the need for personal validation, the drive to be first, the desire to hog the credit, the impulse to align with a savior, the reflex to boost his ego without decorum or restraint."

...sounds an awful like comments made from Martin over there.

Seems to me like you have a hard-on for hating anyone in the BF community. It also sounds like you're probably a skeptic altogether so I ask you, is your main goal in life to discredit and make fools out of the entire community?

I've stated it already but apparently I will have to say it again. I've personally never followed Randles but, his thermal video footage is interesting. That doesn't make me want to worship him, boost his ego or align myself with a false savior.

In fact, there are very few people that I follow in their research and I don't do any of the things you've suggested that are "pathologies" of the community. Sure, there are those who I personally believe who have provided better evidence or proof than others but then again, I BELIEVE that the creature exists.

We can mostly all agree here that Dyer is a past and proven scammer, liar, thief and an all around nasty person and that's why most of us are here. But to come here and try to discredit everyone in the BF community simply because you don't like the evidence they've provided, seems extremely judgemental of you.

    3. Aliehs, I am on here all the time and have had many positive exchanges with you, and I've posted comments you praised. What I'm saying here is that people need to take a long hard look at how the behavior patterns of people toward Randles—both when he presented his image and after he walked it back—are extremely similar to the actions some of the same people lambast Team Tracker members for. I am hardly the only one criticizing Randles for what he's done, and watching the responses of his followers to the criticism (as well as the blind high-fiving when he first released the image) actually has made me step back and take a wider look at the community.

Looking further into Randles' history and the way some pretty big names have behaved this week toward him, it's made me wonder if I and others have been a little quick to judge Team Tracker members: some of the most judgmental ones seem to have the same hero-worship issues as those they criticize, which leads to the kind of group-think that Footers are ridiculed for. We've watched that unfold this week, and it hasn't been pretty.

I want to believe but it is true I am a skeptic. However, behavior like I've seen this week does a lot more to make me distrust the evidence presented by researchers (and praised by the community) than anything Dyer could possibly do.

Someone on another forum called this a "witch hunt" against Randles but admitted that there is very little quality control in Bigfoot research. It's not just that he presented bad evidence badly, it's that so many people rushed to embrace it without looking at it critically at all, simply because of who presented it. I do hope this can be a turning point in the community so that people like me who want to believe and learn will not feel that it's all one big sideshow.

One more thing: DS is someone I've not engaged with much, but I've watched him be excoriated for believing Dyer. Yet this week he has given some of the most cogent and fair-minded criticism of Randles that I have read. I hope everyone recognizes that he is a more thoughtful and discerning individual than some of those who have attacked him. Those of you who want to call Dyer by names he probably already heard through grammar school should get your own houses in order before continuing to pick at the low-hanging fruit.

    4. Anon 9:01, I wish I could say the same and remember any of our previous exchanges. It's difficult however when 80% here post as 'anon'...

I understand what you're saying and how in general, the b/f community does tend to look for a hero figure. It's not that strange really and this is common with any concept, idea or person that similar minded people are looking to identify with. What I am saying though is that not EVERYONE in the community does this and there is still many people who are more critical of the evidence presented by the different researchers. It just may not seem that way to those of us observing things on forums, blogs and other websites where everyone posts and for the sake of posting their comments.

Basically, it boils down to whether you believe in the creature's existence or not and, what a person believes the creature is. Since sasquatch hasn't been catalogued by science as a real species, this is why there is so much conflicting thoughts, ideas and theories. The bigfoot community is definitely all over the place and not united at all. But again, it's hard to be united within a group when the species hasn't been proven and/or studied.

I've never overtly or aggressively attacked DS or anyone here. Ian is probably one of the only people who I've used sarcasm on or talked down to. Sorry Ian, but you really are gullible.

All I can say is I DON'T trust or believe Dyer, and as most of us know, he's a proven and multiple hoaxer, fraudster and there is nothing about the man's character that evokes any feelings of trust or credibility.

Not many in the bigfoot community have gone to such lengths to discredit the entire subject or attempted to cash in as much as Dyer. There are other hoaxers out there for sure, but I truly don't believe they are as malicious or despicable as Dyer.

Eventually, someone is going to get proof or maybe already has and sadly, it will never be accepted because of different beliefs or theories. It will never end until there is a body and it's been verified and this is exactly what Dyer and ONLY Dyer is trying to do to pull a fast one over on the community.

    5. Thank you 901!
If it helps you to believe, I'll share my original story with you. I was scouting for deer, behind where I worked, and something moved and caught my eye on a stump, about 50 yards away. I saw a fern moving next to it, and I thought, Oh, it was just that fern.....So as I turned to walk away, something on the stump moved again, I thought, what??? So I knew it wasn't the fern, and I see a branch/leafs moving near the stump, and just figured it was the leaves the whole time. On the way home, I thought how weird that whole thing was. There was no wind at all, no other leaves were blowing? ( I did not believe or even think about BF before this happened) So I went back to the stump the next day, and it was hollowed out, and big enough where I could get in it. You could see through it, and whatever I saw, was moving inside it, that's what caught my eye. I still could not explain the fern and leaves moving. I was on youtube watching hunting videos, and stumbled upon bigfoot stuff. I watched a video by red chun, who filmed a bigfoot at 100 yards, waving a fern at him! I knew I got ferned!! lol! I really did! I know I saw something on/in the stump, and bushes where moved to distract me. I never saw anything, assumed it was the wind. I started doing massive internet research, to see if I could find, what others claim is BF evidence. I found it all! Ripped off deer legs, footprints, tree breaks, hair samples, digging sticks, throwing rocks, scat, and a few sightings. I couldn't wait to tell people, but I wanted to have the evidence first. I got laughed at, mocked teased, you name it...Wish I never saw one!! Unreal! People know I'm a Christian, and I would never lie! But, now I look like the nutty one. So I take a kid down to show him some things I found, and we get a loud whistle, approximately 60 yards across the creek, at us, (which is a warning sign to others to beware, humans) and we get a wiff of this Skunk/Carcass (BF) and he started dry heaving...I kinda laughed, because I know what they smell like..You will generally smell a BF, before you will see one. So, getting mocked and all, I had to somehow redeem myself. I called a research team. They never responded back. I called another team. They sent someone out, drove 26 hours. Super nice fellow, but he was a skeptic? Strange huh? Well, he's big on footprints, so I showed him the 22" I found, with a cow patty size scat behind them. He did not have cast material? I showed him everything, scouted a few miles. we were in my tree stand, an it was dark out. We could hear the entire woods coming alive. Deer everywhere, we could see them. So he set up night vision and bait (sardines and peanut butter) Morning comes and he says that he forgot to charge the batteries, and video cut off at 3am. Had an opossum and deer on tape at 2am. I was less than happy with the famous researchers. All of the great pics he took, were not posted on their web site, and only 3 cheezy ones were. Ironically I was taken off of their site, due to lack of contact, I suppose. I did a few coast to coast interviews, and when I stopped, so did all my research. I've realized that all of the evidence I've accumulated is circumstantial, but it does prove that a "Woods people/Bi-pedal/BF) do exist. However, without a body, no thermal, no DNA, no video, will ever prove to a dis-believer that BF exists....Unless they have an encounter, or someone produces a body.

    6. "I've realized that all of the evidence I've accumulated is circumstantial, but it does prove that a "Woods people/Bi-pedal/BF) do exist."

Umm, no, it proves you found, at best, circumstantial evidence, as you suggested, that you have chosen to allocate to the existence of BF. I have never heard your full story until now, and I actually take you even less seriously than before. You did not even have a sighting first. You saw leaves moving, started doing research online, stumbled onto BF, and now everything you see and hear is somehow the doing of BF. You have lost all objectivity, so let me spell it out. The moment you started researching online and decided that the leaves you saw moving were due to BF, everything else you have seen you also attribute to BF. Sorry, dude, you have lost all credibility.

    7. That was only 1/10 of the story buddy. I ended up seeing a bf, after a month of research. It was 80 yards away, standing behind a tree. All of my circumstantial evidence, was worth it, and I could now say, with 110% certainty, they exist, and it was then, that I confirmed 110%, that It was not leaves moving. I saw bf again, face shot this time, again at about 80 yards bear hunting, it was not a bear, I could see lips, eyes, nose, through binoculars. When I drew my 30.06 up, it moved somewhere, and I lost it. I also had a 40 lb rock, thrown above the trees, hit a branch, and fell 30 ft from me. I believe the rock was supposed to not hit the branch, and land far away, to draw my attention toward it. This rock was a boulder, thrown from the trees, about 60 feet up. Ration has no explanation for that, it was a bf!

    8. After my 1st sighting from my tree stand, I decided to hunt it. I was off of the property where I had permission to hunt, but where I saw the BF. Well here comes some guy (property owner I assumed) and he asked if I had permission to hunt here, and I said yes, from the guy up top. He said I was a little too far down, and was on his Aunt's property, the lady across the street, who owns the horse farm. He said I could hunt for today, but needed to ask her permission in the future. So I told him I had a question, and he's probably going to laugh, but I asked him if he believed in BF. He chuckled, and said, well, I never did, but my Aunt who owns the horse farm, had 2 horses attacked, by something, last summer, broke their legs, backs, and one's neck..one died, one lived, but is crippled. I'M LIKE NO WAY DUDE!! He said she saw something big and black running/crawling away, when she came running up, after hearing all the commotion. ( Bears are not in this area, and a bear could not man handle a horse in this manner, no bite marks were found) So, I have to meet this lady, now I have a corroborating witness! I met with her, and she was a skeptic, she didn't know what she saw. I told her that I saw the creature who attacked her horses, and it was a BF! She showed me the barn where they were attacked. There were claw marks at the top of the stable, 2 x 8's blocking the horses, at the 12 ft mark?? She asked me what made those. I said what the heck do you think made those...I know what made those! She didn't answer. So I told her I'd like to show her the "Circumstantial evidence" I found on her property. She was amazed at the tree breaks and structures, but still was skeptical. So we go on a path, next to her house, and I find a tree, that was 40 ft tall, ripped out of it's roots, and carried up into the 60 foot trees, and placed sideway. So I look at her, AND I SAID EXPLAIN THAT ONE LADY! She finally agreed, and was scared. She said that she walks that path everyday, and never noticed it. I told her that I wanted to hunt it, and she gets the 1st million. She told me that it was actually her sisters property, and would have to ask her. She said her sister said no, and I ended up moving away from that area anyway.

    9. Sorry, bud, I still don't buy it. I believe you think you saw a BF. But you had no objectivity at that point. You had already decided a BF was responsible for the initial
"mystery." At that point you were set on seeing a BF because you had decided that is what you should be looking for. It is no different than this silly Randles thermal shot. These are people looking for BF and therefore can take any bit of evidence, or lack of evidence as the case may be, and turn it into a sighting. Sorry, just what I believe. This is psychology 101.

      Delete
    10. I took other people who were teasing me in my tree stand with my binoculars. All 3 said they saw something. They would not say it was a BF, but could not explain the head and shoulders, and one said it looked pregnant. When people would tease me, I would say, Go ask "So n So" they saw it. When they would ask them, they were at a loss for words. They saw it, but unless it's confirmed by science, they just say, "I don't know what I saw, but I did indeed see something. I take these people down to the spot, and ask them to show me the head n shoulders and the pregnant tree. They can't, and again are at a loss for words. Please believe me, I know what I saw, no doubt. I would say from behind, the creature was 7'0, 700 lbs, hair brownish/red/black, depending where the sun was glistening off of the fur. The fur was about 4-6 inches long, no neck, massive trapezius muscles.

      Delete
    11. Again, I don't question what you think you saw. It's not as if I think you are trying to hoax us. I happen to not believe that is what happened. I believe you were looking for something specific and anything you saw that could possibly fit the bill was adequate for you. Even when you asked your friends to look, I am sure you prefaced it by saying, "look, I found bigfoot!" And so they already were predisposed to think a particular way, and yet they still did not agree with you. In any case, the answer here is real evidence. The fact that there has been zero verifiable evidence to date makes it very difficult to say anything with certainty. I take umbrage with the excuse that BF are elusive and bury their dead, that is why there is never any real proof. That is nonsense. If over 30,000 people are claiming to see them, they are not all that elusive now are they? 800lb creatures would be noticed, found and captured, dead or alive. When that happens I will believe your story.

      Delete
    12. I get that sometimes 'I saw what I wanted to see" But as I said before, I wish I never saw it. I was actually deer hunting when I had my first sighting, so I didn't have BF on the brain at that time. I was sitting in my tree stand, and It looked like a big black guy, in a hoodie, about 80 yards away. That's when I got out my binoculars, and saw the creature clear as day. I looked at it for only 5 sec... It was such confirmation bro, that I didn't need to look any longer. I sat in awe!

  7. I think Dyer's got the case in that garage. He probably hired someone he knows to build it cheap and in exchange for something.

I've long believed and maintained that he's going to go ahead with the hoax and to do so, he needs a fake body. Even after there is no validation from any scientists or press conference, as long as he's got a fairly realistic body to pull around, those gullible followers will still believe him. Then he can always find new people who've never heard of him, his name or past before to suck into his web of lies.

    1. IAN, I found this on the Texas Attorney General website:

If someone is trying to sell you something, or trying to get you to do something, stop and ask yourself how much you like this person. Be aware that the person may have created a good impression very deliberately in order to take advantage of you.

This is just about the oldest trick in the book. The seller tells you that an offer is good for a limited time only - it's the chance of a lifetime, and supplies are limited. Every high-pressure sale is made in an atmosphere of urgency: hurry, don't wait, don't think, it's a golden opportunity, and you would be a fool to miss it. Your natural impulse is to grab the opportunity.

Of course, there are golden opportunities in life, but they are rare, whereas high-pressure sales are depressingly common. Be aware that the appearance of fleeting availability in and of itself will make you feel compelled to buy. Try not to be driven by that feeling. Recognize it for what it is: a feeling deliberately (and easily!) caused by a common sales tactic. The offer is hardly ever the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity the salesperson would like you to think it is.

  8. How to spot a con artist. Sound like anyone we know Ian?

    Lavish flattery

If you’ve just met someone who is overwhelming you with praise, attention and concern, be careful. Be particularly careful if you’re lonely and looking for love—con artists know exactly how to play that tune.

    Building your trust

Con artists will sometimes honor their commitments in the beginning so that you begin to trust them. They’ll pay back initial loans, or appear to be unselfishly helping other people. Their objective is to get you to drop your guard.

The story doesn’t quite add up

The con artist’s story may have small inconsistencies or unexplained loose ends. If you ask questions, the con will glibly provide an explanation—which may also not add up. Or, he or she will sidestep the issue by accusing you of paranoia or mistrust.

    “I need an answer now.”

A crisis needs to be averted, an opportunity will disappear—whatever the reason, a con artist will want an answer right away. If you have time to think, research or ask advice, you may realize that con artist’s plan is a ploy. The con will want your money before you figure it out.

    Intense eye contact

Typically, when people talk to each other, they look each other in the eyes and then briefly look away. Sociopathic con artists often exhibit a “predatory stare”—unblinking, fixated and emotionless. It’s not a sign of empathy—it’s an effort to assert control.

    Isolation

Con artists will slowly and subtly separate you from people who may question their plans. They may intercept phone calls from your friends. They may refuse to associate with your family. They’ll tell you, “It’s you and me against the world, baby.” Soon, you’re alone with them, snared in their net.

  11. DS: that was a very interesting and bizarre story you told about those horses who were injured so severely!

I don't understand how anyone can think that was the work of anything BUT a sasquatch. A bear attack or even a cougar attack on a horse wouldn't produce those types of injuries.

But I suppose a skeptic will simply say that the story is B/S or maintain it was another animal.

And according to Dyer last night, the bigfoot case will be shown tonight. So I was correct in thinking that was what was in the garage. Dyer also claims he's got new investors through Andrew Clacy. Boy, Clacy is really putting his neck on the line for Dyer and if this is true.

    1. Don't you see the lack of objectivity in everything you say?
"I don't understand how anyone can think that was the work of anything BUT a sasquatch"

Do you even see how ignorant and elitist that statement is? You won't even consider the possibility that anything else could cause injuries like that. Clearly you have no experience with bears, as they could very easily produce sever injuries like that. I don;t have experience with cougars, so I can't attest to that. But either way, you need to broaden your horizons. You won't even consider other possibilities because you are so focused on BF. That is why bigfooters are not taken seriously ever.

    2. Anon 3:02;

It's a basic fact there is only a couple of animals in the forests of North America that would even attempt to attack a full grown horse. A bear would have a better chance at being successful than a cougar, but cougars have attacked horses before. But either way, a cougar or a bear attack is going to leave bite and scratch marks on the animal.

Please tell me how a bear could break a horse's legs and back and when there was no bite marks found on the injured animals?

      Delete
    3. Exactly, a bear can't grab hold of a horses neck and break it. No cougars in our area either, she said it was all black. When I told people about the horse lady, it really jumped my credibility! No one had an answer to the attacks. They all said, well, unless a BF is in a cage and I can see it, I ain't believing!
What threw the 40 lb rock 60 feet high? How did a huge tree get uprooted, and carried up into other trees? Do you think I imagined that too?

    4. DS,

A skeptic's mind can't process this type of information. If they can't explain something they do 1 of 3 things. They will stick to the most likely story (even if it's absolutely absurd), maintain the story is a complete lie or, claim the witness is crazy and imagined everything.

      Delete
    5. Yep, or they say there hasn't been any proof to date. The Anon fellow says that you automatically jump to BF....I think you ruled out every other possible possibility, like I did, before determining it was a BF. After all the evidence I gathered, and I saw it, it just so happens right across the street, something else attacked the horses...Just doesn't add up!

    6. DS...I'm the one who's admired your recent posts. Thanks so much for sharing your stories. I appreciate your sincerity and always like to read about such experiences.

I do think the Randles matter will have a steadying effect on BF research. There has been enough criticism that I think anyone presenting new images will be more circumspect before doing so in the future. Also, anyone attempting to use their reputation in place of well-prepared supporting data will realize that it is an expensive way to deplete such a valuable asset.

On another matter, does anyone know why Charlene from Warz (and one-time Dyer supporter) was featured in that Footer tribute video? Was that a bit of camp or does she have a backstory?

And Dyer says he has a case for his Bigfoot? This is becoming very amusing...it is so over-the-top now that I'm not even disgusted with him anymore. Anyone who still believes is on their own. If he's really come up with a nine-foot curio then he has more ingenuity than I gave him credit for. I truly believed he would never show anything that couldn't be produced on his laser printer.

  13. AL, I have another story about a friend who did not believe, I'd like to see if you jump to BF, like Anon says...Ha!

My friend does not believe. He said that he has a nice pond he made, in his yard with koi fish, and decorative rocks. He said that every now and then he finds some koi fish, on top of the rocks, dead, and gutted. (I'm ruling out stuff already) He had no explanation. He said his dogs sit there and bark at the pond at night. They will not go in the yard at night, which he says is really weird, they will go anywhere else. So I told him to put a dozen apples in the pond. I don't thing deer bob for apples, but next morning, all apples gone (Ruling things out again,)
A few days later, he gets woke up, at 3am, with a loud crash. He looks out the window, and sees the pond splashing and overflowing. Next morning, he finds a 900lb rock, that he put on the other side of his yard, with his Bobcat, which had trouble he said, in the pond! He said if buddies did it as a prank, it would have taken 30+ men! Next day, he got home from getting a pizza, 10pm, and had a baseball bat size stick, go wizzing by his head. He was scared, and thought it was kids. He just went in and ate with family. Next day, he sees the stick in the driveway and said that it would have killed him, if it would have hit him. There was hair on the end of the stick, good amount too. He said that he touched it with his fingers, and it was so oily, that he could not get it off for 3 days, even with gasoline! He never saw a BF, but his encounters, common sense, and my certainty, make him a believer now.
I'm sure you came to the correct conclusion AL.

    1. Well if the story is true and verifiable then more questions need to be asked and more information would be necessary to make a most likely or probable conclusion.

The koi fish found gutted on rocks doesn't necessarily point to sasquatch. Many animals would probably eat fish from artificial ponds in people's yards. Raccoons, fishers, bear, mink, bobcats etc would probably take advantage of an easy meal like this. However, I'm not sure which animals if any would only eat the entrails and not the whole fish.

The 900lb rock is the real mystery and there is only two possibilities, either his buddies did it, or a sasquatch. But as mentioned, moving a 900lb rock would take several men. This doesn't explain why his dogs wouldn't go into the yard however if and when a group of guys were out there horsing around.

A human can toss a baseball sized limb and where the oily substance on it came from, who knows for sure. Stick and stone throwing is typical sasquatch behaviour that has been documented hundreds of times.

In this case and this story, I'm inclined to say it sounds like a sasquatch, but, it's not for certain. More information would be needed.

The story about the horses is one that is very difficult to dispute or explain away. There is no explanation for those severe injuries to the horses and where the predator didn't leave any bite or claw marks.

      Delete
    2. No marks on the fish either, just guts ripped out. The missing apples I thought was a good one, something had to reach in, and grab the apples.

      Delete
    3. Well I would ask, how deep and how large is the pond?

      Delete
  14. I'd say 10x12, and 3 feet deep.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Ok, that's not too large or deep then. I wouldn't be able to rule out deer wading in for the apples then. Even raccoons would probably make that swim for apples.

The story is strange and many things seem to point to sasquatch, but it's not for certain.

Were there any footprints found around the pond? If something was carrying a 900lb rock combined with the weight of the people or thing moving it, there should have been deep impressions around the pond and in the surrounding grass.

  15. Yes, he did find prints, and took pics. His dogs will go anywhere in the yard at night, just not near the pond.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Did you see the photos of the prints? What did they look like, how large and how many?

This is why I said more questions need to be asked in order to draw any conclusions with this story.

I am a believer in the existence of sasquatch, BUT, I do know that not all stories point to sasquatch activity.

After all the evidence and information is gathered, then you can make conclusions based on what seems most likely.

      Delete
    2. I saw the photos and the actual prints. They were about 11-13" and were very wide, with about a 2" depression. Looked like 2 or 3 sets, some vague, and smaller.

      Delete
    3. Did they look like footprints or more like what would be shoe or boot prints of a human? The size of the prints is definitely in the range of humans in boots/shoes.

The lack of many sets of prints seems to rule out a large group of men that would have been necessary to move that rock.

If they were sasquatch prints, then they were likely juvenile or maybe female prints.

The story is very strange, just not as strange as the horse story. Again, the really peculiar thing with this story is the 900lb rock dumped into the pond.

I tend to think (from what I've heard so far) that it was likely a sasquatch or maybe a couple of them. But this is story where I think it would require an investigator on the scene to confirm all the details.

I can't say it's true or not with 100% certainty either way, but I believe what you are telling me to be the details as you know them.

      Delete
  16. Sure, and thanks for the feedback. The prints seemed wider than ones I have found, but I've seen casts of wide prints.
He said that the read wheels on the Bobcat were coming off the ground, when he was trying to move the rock, it was that heavy. He said that there is no way it was a practical joke by buddies, entirely too much effort.

    1. I would agree, too much effort for a bunch of guy to move that rock, but not impossible.

Where are you anyway?? What general area is all this activity?

Seems like Dyer isn't having a show tonight. It's after 11pm EST and nothing yet. He probably is having or had a private meeting with his TT to show off the bigfoot coffin. Heaven forbid any of us haters see this case, LOL.

It's truly pathetic that Dyer thinks this proves anything or makes his story seem even more believable. $350 wheels for it that we didn't even see, glass that wasn't shown or can be proven to what it cost or what type it is, and some cheap velvet fabric laid down for cosmetic appeal...

    2. Do you see the problem with a "Display case IAN?"
The body must be sealed in a glass case, cooled to 61 degrees, with the humidity between 80 and 90 percent. I see no elaborate refrigeration system, or a humidity system.
      Just a Display case.

      Delete
    3. So now DS is "expert" on how the body needs to be stored....LOL. 61 degrees??? humidity??? DS you're a fine troll for sure.

      Delete
    4. Actually because of Hank's size, you might want to go to 59 degrees.
A troll? No, just curious how you are going to maintain it, without refrigeration?

      Delete
    5. DS, not only that, he doesn't even know how the body is being preserved! He says he'll find out when he picks up the body!!! WTF!

    6. Thanks, I hear ya! I'm no expert, but I did study all about preservation.

  22. HIlarious...well, it's not proof of anything except that he making some kind of effort to move this forward. I have to say it's more than I expected. He may be going the sideshow route after all.

That's a pretty shallow box for a Bigfoot...looks like his nose would be pressing up against the glass...along with ours. LOL

So I guess there's more to come. I disagree with those of you who say the sideshow-attending public wouldn't pay to see a supposed Bigfoot body cloaked in a sappy story of a vindicated celebrity hoaxer's impatience with delayed press conferences. There's been dumber stuff to look at through the years. The Bigfoot community would be completely removed from these showings, and anyone who showed up to picket that Dyer's a hoaxer would just be part of the spectacle.

Yes, it's insane that the greatest discovery of all time would be shown at your local agricultural fair. But imagine knowing nothing of this story and walking along with your corn dog and cotton candy past a tacky trailer promising a view of a real Bigfoot. As long as Dyer appears to believe it, no one else has to.

  23. I watched the show from last night where he showed the display case. It really is beyond belief how someone ends up at the point Dyer is in his life. He's a nearly 40 year old man and there he is, holding a camera at arm's length filming himself in a dark garage where the case for his rubber bigfoot is being built. He spends his last dime on a wooden crate he's going to tow from town to town to charge people to see a phony Bigfoot. He has 4 young kids and THIS is his grand plan to provide for them. He spends hours a day talking to a handful of people about his imaginary "career" as a Bigfoot tracker. Seriously, how does one end up like this? How does one live with himself when this is the way he spends his life. How doesn't he ever have that moment where it just hits him--I'm spending my life and providing for my family by trying to hoax honest people out of their money by telling them I shot and killed a Bigfoot. It's just crazy that we have to share oxygen with people like him. It really is.

WHY DIDN'T DYER'S RESEARCHERS...or DYER HIMSELF (he says he saved parts?) submit samples to SYKES? Of course this is a rhetorical question...lol.
